Interior Fit-out Supervisor

Job Overview: The Fitout Executive is responsible for supporting the setup and maintenance of retail stores. This includes helping manage projects, coordinating with teams and vendors, and ensuring stores are completed on time, within budget, and according to design standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Support: Assist in managing store fitout projects from start to finish. Teamwork: Work closely with the project manager and team to ensure smooth execution. Resource & Budget Help: Assist in planning project resources and keeping track of costs. Documentation: Keep records of contracts, drawings, warranties, and invoices. Scheduling: Help prepare and follow project timelines to ensure deadlines are met. Site Coordination: Support on-site work for interiors, HVAC, and MEP systems. Vendor Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors. Design Input: Suggest improvements for store designs and fixtures. Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and help make adjustments as needed. Store Maintenance: Help maintain the condition of store interiors and fixtures. Maintenance Planning: Assist in creating maintenance schedules for completed projects. Candidate Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in retail or commercial fitout projects. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security systems. Familiarity with commercial interiors, partitions, ceilings, and general site work. Ability to read and understand drawings and fit-out standards. Experience with project tools and software like AutoCAD. Good coordination and communication skills. Problem-solver with a proactive mindset. Willing to travel to project sites as needed.
