Interior Site Supervisor

Job Description

* Supervise and manage all on-site interior and civil work, ensuring high-quality execution. * Coordinate daily with contractors, interior designers, architects, vendors, and laborers. * Monitor work progress and ensure timelines, quality, and budget compliance. * Interpret and implement technical drawings and design layouts as per architect/designer instructions. * Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards. * Maintain clear communication with the homeowner on project status, issues, and updates. * Manage material deliveries and inventory at the site. * Troubleshoot on-site issues and resolve conflicts between stakeholders efficiently. * Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and local authority norms. * Document daily progress, site photos, material usage, and contractor attendance. * Proven experience (3-5 years) in supervising interior/civil site work, preferably residential. * Ability to read and interpret interior layouts, structural plans, and MEP drawings. * Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques. * Excellent coordination and communication skills. * Must have own vehicle(preference-2 wheeler) * Job Type: Full-time
