Sales & Service EngineerRole & responsibilities Sales -Creating new leads for sales of medical products in the entire North East regionContacting prospective customersDoing regular follow-ups with new and existing customers for salesAssisting the product management teamResponsible for Weekly reports & MISCo-ordinating for events like conferences. symposiums, learning based lectures, etc. Service -Installations & Demonstration of all IVF Lab equipment to customers. The reporting of which should be sent to the head office, as per Service Reporting ProtocolTo handle all service complaints as assigned and co-ordinate for the same with the H.O. for timely service to the customer.To cater to all Maintenance & Repair requirements of the equipment's installed.To be involved in all activities related Demonstration of all Equipment'sResponsible for handling AMC contracts for all Equipment's in co-ordination with the Service coordinator.To be involved in activities relating to Validation of IVF Labs and Certification.To assist the Projects team in the set-up activities of Turnkey Lab Set-ups.Job Involves travelling to our customer sites (at least 15 days in a month)Preferred candidate profile Experience in dealing with sales & service in the healthcare industry/medical equipment'sExperience in Direct Sales & service of Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical Products(for Genecology and Infertility-especially related to ART/IVF)Good Verbal and written communication skill -English & local languagePrior experience within Pharma/Healthcare organizations for instance- selling HormonesExp - 4 - 8 yrsThis is a Resident Position and will be part of the Regional office at KolkataEducation - Graduate / B Sc / B.
