Role Overview As a Content Creator Intern at Broadway, you’ll be part of the core team shaping how our brand sounds, feels, and connects with the world. From retail floors to reels, you’ll help bring our in-store and digital moments to life through engaging content across platforms. Key Responsibilities Assist in ideating and creating content (photo, video, text) for Broadway’s Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels Support in developing content for in-store activations, brand campaigns, and community initiatives Capture and edit short-form video content (Reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes) during events, store walkthroughs, or training sessions Write crisp, engaging copy for posts, captions, emails, and internal decks Support the execution of the content calendar and ensure timely publishing Stay on top of content and social media trends relevant to fashion, beauty, and retail What We're Looking For A student or recent graduate in Mass Media, Communications, Marketing, or related fields Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong storytelling skills with an understanding of tone, aesthetics, and youth culture Comfort with shooting on mobile and using tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or basic Adobe apps Passion for content, community, retail, and creative culture High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to experiment with formats and ideas Show more Show less
