Job Description

Handle customer queries via chat, calls, and emails. Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions. Generate revenue through upselling and understanding customer requirements. Analyze situations and make business decisions to ensure seamless customer experience. Intern - Operations : Manage backend operations, including appointment confirmations, client coordination, and escalations. Prepare SOD EOD reports and follow up on inquiries. Coordinate with insurers on OPD claims and inclusions/exclusions. Communicate effectively with corporate customers and internal stakeholders. Key Details: Weekly Off Policy: During the internship, interns will have 1 day off per week. Upon full-time conversion, they will be entitled to 2 days off per week. Eligibility: Any graduate (2022, 2023, or 2024 pass-out) with a minimum of 60% marks. Skills Required: Strong communication in English Multi-tasking ability Good Excel, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Self-motivated and flexible
