Assist in Financial Analysis: Help in preparing costing sheet prior to tender / proposal submission. Work closely with the PFR Manager to track the costing sheet with the actual costs post award of tender / order. Support Tender Processes: Participate in the preparation of tender documents. Assist in tender submissions. Contract Management: Help monitor contract performance, ensuring compliance with terms and deadlines, till handover of the project to the delivery team. Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with founder team, and external partners to ensure effective communication and relationship management. Educational Requirements: Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Personal Attributes: Eager to learn and take on new challenges. Ethical mindset with an understanding of confidentiality requirements. Ability to work under tight deadlines. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in finance and contract management, offering a hands-on experience in both fields.
