This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration, customer interaction, and HR support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The intern will assist in day-to-day front office operations, provide support in HR functions, and ensure smooth communication between clients, employees, and departments. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally Handle phone calls and emails, ensuring clear and effective communication Manage office supplies and maintain inventory Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks using MS Excel and MS Office Provide support in HR functions such as scheduling interviews, assisting with onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Assist in organizing employee events and other HR-related activities Support team members with general office tasks as needed Personal Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, etc.) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
