Internship
Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions. Support the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and processing paperwork. Maintain employee files. Employee Relations: Assist in responding to employee inquiries and requests. Help maintain employee records and databases. Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and events. Assist with the collection of employee feedback. Talent Management Assist in Performance Management process. Assist in reports generation for Time and Attendance. Assist in Probation confirmation. Training and Development: Assist in coordinating and scheduling training sessions. Help prepare training materials and presentations. Assist in tracking employee training records. HR Administration: Assist with general HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report generation. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Assist with special HR projects as needed. Compliance: Assist with the understanding of basic labour laws, and company policies. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recently Postgraduate from masters degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, BI). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proactive and eager to learn. Ability to work in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship or volunteer experience in an office setting. Familiarity with HR software or databases.
