Perform design and development Perform detailed packaging and specific product design with justification including: Drawings, 3D models, BOM Materials choice Stack-up analysis Component specification Mechanical simulations synthesis input ot simulation team Manufacturing and assembly process constraints Manage risks through system design FMEA or DRBFM and establish critical parameters to confirm during development of parts Define / follow up design activity schedule and integration activities with vendors Contribute to innovation (IDM writing, patents analysis, brainstorming) Support design reviews with supplier Support design to cost activities Support DEMO / Customer vehicle build for the system integration activities Apply standards Apply standard CATIA methodologies and standard dimensioning (GDT) for system integration activities and create reference records Document management Manage product documents in PLM (3D, 2D, BOM, SPPC ) Manage changes through formalized process Problem solving Support problem solving (QRQC, FTA ) Efficiency Contribute to design processes improvement Job: RD Trainee/Apprentice/VIE Organization: Advanced Development Schedule: Full time Employee Status: Trainee (Fixed Term) (Trainee) Job Type: Trainee / Internship Job Posting Date: 2025-03-19 Join Us !
