We're looking for a Personal Assistant Intern to work closely with the CEO, as he travels across, creates high-impact content around strategy and leadership. This role isn't just about managing schedules but also involves shooting videos, capturing photos and brainstorming for building personal brand. Job Description: Brainstorming on client prospects and research Managing schedule and MoM from the meetings Reaching out to CXOs and agencies on behalf of CEO Assisting CEO in shooting / recording engaging reels & videos Collaborate on creative content ideas & brainstorming on hooks, angles, or formats Be part of a personal brand built on insight, clarity, and real-world leadership Frequent travel with CEO to capture content during live sessions, consulting moments, meeting notes, and behind-the-scenes footage.
