Job Description

Responsibilities: Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to introduce Kylas products and services, understand client needs, and offer tailored solutions. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Kylas offerings and services, focusing on the needs of the target market, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients. (Training will be provided.) Customer Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and promptly resolving issues. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement for Kylas. Sales Targets: Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall sales growth and revenue generation of Kylas. Sales Collateral: Create and maintain sales collateral such as brochures, product catalogs, and presentations to support sales efforts. Record Keeping: Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, sales calls, and sales progress using CRM software. Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Strong analytical and research skills to gather, interpret, and present data effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with presentation software (e.g., Google Workspace). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Self-motivated, able to work independently, while being a strong team player. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a can-do approach to tasks.
