Job Description

Collaborate with the QA team to understand product requirements and develop test plans and test cases. Execute manual test cases, record results, and identify defects in various stages of development. Report, track, and manage defects in collaboration with the development team. Assist in preparing and maintaining QA documentation, including test scripts, test cases, and test summaries. Perform functional, regression, and usability testing to ensure a high-quality user experience. Support automation testing efforts under the guidance of senior QA team members. Participate in team meetings to discuss testing progress, challenges, and improvements. Qualifications: B. Tech (IT/CS) 0-1 year of experience in QA or software testing (internships or projects related to QA are a plus). Basic understanding of software development and QA principles. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work within a team. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with any test management or bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is a plus. Basic knowledge of programming or scripting is a plus but not required.
