About the Company: Universal PSR Compliance LLP is a consultancy firm specializing in regulatory and statutory compliance services including licenses, certifications, and government registrations such as FSSAI, GST, RNI, ESI, PF, Drug License, and more. Key Responsibilities: Assist in documentation and application processes for various government licenses (Drug License, RNI, FSSAI, GST, ESI, PF, etc.) Support in preparing client files and tracking the progress of license applications Communicate with government portals for submission and follow-ups Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) Coordinate with clients for required documents and clarification Learn and follow internal SOPs for compliance procedures Maintain trackers and reports for ongoing assignments Stay updated with the latest guidelines and rules related to various licenses Required Qualifications: Pursuing or completed Graduation in any stream (preferably Commerce, Law, or Business Administration) Basic understanding of compliance and government registration procedures is a plus Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication skills – written and verbal (English & Hindi) Attention to detail and willingness to learn Freshers may apply Preferred Qualities: Interest in regulatory and compliance work Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset Comfortable with handling official paperwork and government documentation Familiarity with government portals (e.g., GST portal, FSSAI, MCA, etc.) is a bonus Stipend & Duration: Stipend: up to 10,000 per month (based on interview and skills) Duration: 3–6 months (Internship) with potential for full-time absorption based on performance How to Apply: Send your updated resume and a brief cover note to hr@psrcompliance or call-9958006647 with subject line: Application for Trainee – Govt License Operations Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
