International Business Development Manager - 12 to 20 Years from Auto component manufacturing at Pune Position Business Development Manager (International) Experience 12 to 20 Years Location – Pune CTC Budget – 20 to 25 LPA Please Note - Must have Auto component manufacturing industry experience. Job Description: 150 to 250 Cr turnover business handling experience. Experience of sales and product marketing with knowledge of product costing. Experience Automotive product marketing such as t ransmission, drive shafts, differential assemblies, E Axles, Axles. Achieve Business Plan targets. Responsible for planning and managing all sales and marketing activities that defines the sales plan, customer and regional commercial strategy, including sales, exports, customer services, etc. Responsible for developing staff/key managers to increase the talent level for the business development & sales. Represent the business unit to our customers in a highly professional and ethical manner promoting product leadership in Gears and Auto products. Supports with the development (with input from cross-functional teams) and manage requirements of customer. Articulates a clear understanding of our market share, competitive position. Develops proactive new business opportunity (NBO) plans, Monitors market dynamics, including customer and competitor developments and funnels relevant information to the appropriate Product Business Development for consolidation in our market sensing process.
