We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as Non-Voice Title Search Mortgage Associates . This role involves supporting the mortgage title search process by analyzing, reviewing, and processing mortgage-related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and contributing to seamless mortgage processing operations Location : Bangalore Salary : 2.2Lpa Shifts : Night Shifts Key Responsibilities: Perform non-voice title searches for mortgage applications. Review and verify title-related documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Analyze and process real estate titles, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Support the mortgage team in gathering required documentation for loan processing. Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to titles and ownership. Update and maintain accurate records in mortgage databases. Ensure all data and documents are processed in a timely and efficient manner. Work closely with the underwriting and loan processing teams to ensure smooth operations. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Freshers are welcome to apply). Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills. Basic understanding of mortgage and real estate terminology is a plus (but not required). Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). Strong written communication skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn and grow within the mortgage industry.
