The role involves relationship management, market research, compliance coordination, and revenue generation across international markets. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new global business opportunities for skilled talent deployment. Build and manage strategic relationships with international recruitment partners, employers, and agencies. Conduct market research on hiring trends, migration laws, and skilled labor demands across countries. Collaborate with internal recruitment, legal, and operations teams to ensure delivery aligns with client needs. Prepare and negotiate proposals, agreements, and business terms in line with company policy. Represent the company in virtual meetings, international forums, and client presentations. Maintain and report accurate business development pipelines and conversion metrics. Ensure compliance with international employment and emigration regulations. Provide market feedback to leadership for strategy refinement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 0–4 years of experience in international business development, recruitment, or staffing. Strong understanding of global hiring trends, emigration laws, and visa processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Ability to travel internationally as required. Experience working with international clients in staffing, education, or workforce development is a plus.
