Role Overview: As an International Business Development Executive/Manager , you will be responsible for identifying global business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across international markets. You will play a key role in expanding our global footprint by engaging with international clients, negotiating high-value deals, and executing market entry strategies. Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in global markets, conducting in-depth market research and analysis. Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and business partners. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive international sales and revenue targets by pitching company products/services to potential clients. Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures with international partners. Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on global market trends, competition, and customer needs to refine business strategies. Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to international trade laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to execute global business strategies. Travel & Client Engagement: Represent the company at international trade shows, business events, and client meetings. Strong understanding of international trade, market entry strategies, and cross-border business operations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
