Key Responsibilities: 1. CIS Market Expansion: Develop and implement business strategies for market entry and growth across CIS nations including Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, and Ukraine. Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed feasibility reports and market plans. 2. Partner Development & Management: Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, agents, and partners in each country. Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations. 3. Regulatory & Registration: Drive product registration in coordination with internal regulatory teams and local agents. Stay current on regulatory changes in the CIS markets, including Ministry of Health requirements, customs formalities, and import licenses. 4. Sales & Profitability: Deliver sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth across the CIS territory. Monitor sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and competition activity; recommend adjustments as needed. 5. Trade Engagement: Represent the company at major regional exhibitions, tenders, business forums, and conferences. Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies tailored to each market's local demand and regulatory framework. 6. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all applicable compliance norms including anti-bribery, product quality standards, and document authenticity. Minimize risks by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of geopolitical and economic factors impacting trade. 7. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal supply chain, finance, artwork, and QA teams for smooth execution of international operations. Prepare periodic business updates and presentations for senior management. Key Markets Covered: Core CIS Countries: Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Ukraine Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or Life Sciences. MBA preferred. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in international pharma business development, with a strong focus on CIS markets. Hands-on experience in regulatory submissions, MOH liaison, and product launches in CIS countries. Fluency in English required; working knowledge of Russian language is a strong advantage. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and market analysis skills. Willing to travel across CIS region as needed (30–40% travel expected). Show more Show less
