Job Description

The International Marketing Manager will spearhead the marketing efforts at Lotus to enhance brand visibility and market penetration globally. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing and market analysis, capable of leading a team to execute innovative marketing strategies that align with Lotuss business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company s business activities. - Lead and mentor the marketing team to foster innovation and achieve superior results. - Conduct market research to identify marketing needs and new opportunities. - Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials. - Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including analysis of marketing data. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns align with business strategies. - Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI. - Enhance online presence and monitor the companys brand on social media. - Provide detailed reports on the performance of various marketing initiatives. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master s degree is preferred. - Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies. - Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. - Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Proficient in Marketing Automation Tools and CRM software.
