An international non-voice process typically involves providing support or services to customers or clients through channels other than phone calls, such as email, chat, or ticketing systems. Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, issues, or requests through non-voice channels, including email, chat, and messaging platforms. Technical Assistance: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for products or services, addressing customer questions or concerns effectively. Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments or deliveries, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or escalations, working to find satisfactory solutions and maintain customer satisfaction. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, resolutions, and any follow-up actions required. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers. Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers, maximizing revenue and enhancing customer value. Requirements: Excellent Written Communication Skills: Since the primary mode of communication is through written channels like email, chat, or messaging platforms, candidates must have impeccable written communication skills. This includes proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Language Proficiency: Fluency in the languages relevant to the international customer base is crucial. Candidates may need to be proficient in English and potentially other languages depending on the regions served by the company. Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is often required. Candidates should have a strong understanding of customer service principles, including empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities. Technical Aptitude: Basic technical knowledge is important for troubleshooting common issues and guiding customers through technical processes.
