Account Manager - International Sales | Outbound Sales for UK Region Position Summary CloudThat is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager - International Sales to expand our partner ecosystem and drive revenue growth in the USA market. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with organizations in the education and technology sectors. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving sales through collaborative partnerships. Job Description As an Account Manager - International Sales at CloudThat, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion efforts into new markets. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Extensive experience in handling global customers, primarily in the UK region. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in international markets. Drive revenue growth by promoting CloudThat s portfolio of online training programs and certification courses. Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company. Take end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to client success. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and direct outreach. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments. Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive inbound and outbound sales efforts across multiple geographies. Build business by identifying and selling to prospects and maintaining relationships with clients for cross-selling. Establish a consultative approach with clients to understand their up-skilling and re-skilling needs. Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management. What Were Looking For: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Comfortable working shift 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM (UK Shift) , with mandatory in- working from office. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales in the UK region, preferably in BPOs, counseling, or sales. Proven track record in international sales, preferably in the Ed-tech sector, with experience in tech/SaaS/IT sales focusing on B2B and B2C training sales. Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong executive presence and interpersonal, written, and presentation skills. Experience presenting and demonstrating products at industry events. Outbound experience in cold calling/emails and setting up appointments within prospect organizations. Experience in managing partnerships with companies like Microsoft, AWS, Google, etc. Experience using prospecting tools such as Lusha, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Results-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a passion for technology and learning.
