Job Title: International Sales Executive Location: Bangalore Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to generate sales through phone calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following a structured sales process, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation: Contact potential customers using provided leads. Follow a structured sales script and the AIDA methodology. Explain products/services, answer queries, and persuade customers to make a purchase. Celebrate new sales within the team. Customer Follow-ups & Renewals: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle renewal calls as per company policy and script. Maintain accurate records of renewal statistics. Administrative Tasks: Document sales after each call. Submit sales records to the administration team. Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales progress. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry. Experience in an international call center is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills. Positive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude. Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
