Job Responsibilities: As a Sales and Cross-Sales Executive, your primary focus is to sell products and services directly to customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional offerings to existing customers. Below are the specific responsibilities for this role: Understanding Customer Needs - Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences regarding Cable TV and Wi-Fi services. - Ask targeted questions to uncover opportunities for cross-selling additional features or services. - Ensure a customer-centric approach to tailor solutions that align with their needs. - Present and promote Cable TV and Wi-Fi products directly to customers in a clear, persuasive, and engaging manner. - Explain the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the products. - Close deals by overcoming objections and addressing customer concerns confidently. - Achieve individual and team sales targets by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
