Job Title: International Sales Trainer Location: Noida Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days) Timings: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM Industry: Ed-Tech Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled International Sales Trainer with 3-5 years of experience in training freshers for international sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales training, coaching, and mentoring , preferably in the Ed-Tech industry. This role requires an individual who can effectively train, develop, and enhance the skills of new sales professionals , preparing them for high-performance roles in international markets. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for freshers, focusing on international sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement. Develop and implement sales scripts, role-plays, and real-world scenarios to enhance trainees' selling skills. Conduct interactive training sessions on communication, negotiation, lead conversion, and sales pitch structuring. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to trainees, ensuring continuous skill development and improvement. Monitor trainee progress through assessments, mock calls, and KPI tracking , identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with the sales leadership team to align training content with business objectives and market demands. Stay updated on global sales trends, market behavior, and Ed-Tech industry dynamics to refine training strategies. Ensure trainees are well-prepared for live sales interactions and help them transition smoothly into their roles. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in training freshers for international sales (Ed-Tech industry preferred). Strong understanding of B2C international sales processes and lead conversion techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging and impactful training materials. Proven track record of improving sales performance through training initiatives. Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales analytics, and call monitoring systems is a plus.
