The primary responsibility is to manage customer issues, offer timely solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Agents are expected to interact with customers via phone, email, and chat while maintaining professionalism and adhering to company policies and procedures. They must possess strong communication skills, be adaptable to different time zones, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities. This position may require working in rotating shifts depending on the business requirements of international clients. Roles and Responsibilites Assist customers with inquiries, product issues, and technical support via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information and solutions while maintaining high service standards. Ensure customer queries are resolved within stipulated timelines. Handle semi-voice-based interactions, requiring a mix of verbal and written communication. Maintain and update customer records and feedback in the system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Looking for Immediate Joiners only!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
