The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an International Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, addressing their queries, providing assistance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls from international customers and address their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers. Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution. Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective communication and problem resolution. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed assistance to customers. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with data security and confidentiality standards.
