Job Description : Demand Generation Specialist Job brief: We are looking for candidates who will be working as a DEMAND GENERATION SPECIALIST. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively making outbound calls, web research on publicly available domains, setting up appointments with prospects, meeting internal quality standards. Responsibilities Follow communication scripts when handling different topics Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible manner Frequently attend inhouse educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level Meet personal/team quality and quantity targets Requirements Previous experience in a customer support role Min 1+ years of international calling experience Strong phone, verbal communication skills and active listening skills Familiarity with basic knowledge of Microsoft office Client focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-tasking, set priorities and manage time effectively Willing to work in rotational shifts Perks and Benefits :- One-time Meal Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off Group Medical Insurance Team Outings Rewards and Recognition Internal Job Postings
