Job Description

Tech Mahindra is hiring International BPO Executives to join its global customer support team. This role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls for international clients, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound or outbound calls for international customers (US/UK region). Provide accurate information related to products, services, or technical queries. Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and escalate unresolved cases as needed. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional responses. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, CSAT, AHT, and adherence. Document customer interactions and update records in the system (CRM tools). Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies set by Tech Mahindra. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 Year to 2 years of experience in an international voice process (BPO). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Willingness to work in night shifts (mandatory). Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude. Immediate or short-term joiners preferred. Educational Qualifications: Minimum: HSC (12th Pass) with experience Preferred: Graduate in any discipline Benefits: Salary: ₹31,000 – ₹36,000 in hand Shift: Night shift only (US/UK Process) Transport: Two-way cab facility Performance-based incentives Professional work environment with growth opportunities Shift Timing: Fixed Night Shifts (typically between 6:30 PM – 5:30 AM depending on process)
