We are looking for Candidate with excellent Communication skills for all the MNCs we have, Roles and Responsibilities Handle international calls from clients across various countries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently. Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue by offering additional services or products to customers. Provide excellent communication skills to handle outbound sales calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 1 years of experience in an International BPO environment (Any International Voice Process). Strong English language proficiency for effective communication with international clients. Ability to work on night shifts (rotating schedules) including weekends and holidays.
