Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end onboarding process for UK - US clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for new clients Assist clients in system setup and configuration. Address client inquiries and provide timely resolutions Develop and maintain client onboarding documentation Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction. Provide feedback to internal teams for any enhancement Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Collaborate with sales and account management teams. Assist in resolving client escalations Contribute to improving overall client experience Requirements Years of Experience: 2 - 7 years Required Skills: The candidate should have the below skill sets, Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively Ability to work under pressure Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Track record of over-achieving quota Excellent communication and presentation skills.
