Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources. Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction score (CSAT), and first-call resolution. Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven 1year experience in customer service or a similar role. Strong verbal communication skills. Good listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
