International Voice Process Location: Thane, Maharashtra Shift Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM (Fixed Night Shifts) Off Days: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Week Off) Salary Package: Upto 40,000/- IN HAND Benefits: -* WORK FROM HOME AFTER 60 DAYS* -* UNCAPPED INCENTIVES* -* NO TARGET NO SALES* -* TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED* - NO DOCUMENTS REQUIRED - NO BACKGROUND VERIFICATION Job Responsibilities: Responsible for reminder calls to customers for debt recovery Manage collections of outstanding debts from customers/clients. Contact customers via phone, email, or other channels to follow up on overdue payments. Negotiate payment plans and assist clients with clearing their debts. Maintain accurate records of all collections efforts and interactions. Work towards monthly targets for debt recovery and follow-ups. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to collections. Provide excellent customer service while managing collections. Key Requirements: - Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in the International Voice Process or Customer Support role. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong command of English. - Previous BPO, ex-comms, or international voice experience is preferred.
