Job Description: International Voice Support Representative We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals with 0 to 4 years of experience in international voice support. As an International Voice Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to global clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing solutions for a variety of services/products. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products, services, or technical problems. Deliver an excellent customer experience by maintaining professionalism and providing clear, effective communication. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved accurately and promptly. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions as per company guidelines. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. Qualifications: 0 to 4 years of experience in an international voice support role. Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of international markets and cultures is beneficial.
