Job Description

Support the P2P project team in key phases of the project rollout, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Assist in creating training scenarios and materials to facilitate smooth adoption of the P2P system. Gather and consolidate user feedback to identify areas for improvement in processes and system usability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document insights and ensure alignment with project goals. Participate in system testing and validation to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the P2P solution. Prepare project documentation, including process flows, user guides, and FAQs, to support knowledge transfer. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the project team as needed. If capacity allows, support the Accounts Payable (AP) operations process to offload other project resources. About you Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Interest in training, user engagement, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
