Help with the coordination of projects and ensure timelines and goals are met. Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Support in maintaining inventory levels and tracking supplies. Contribute to process documentation and improvement initiatives. Assist in the preparation of reports on operational performance and key metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments. Help prepare presentations or summaries of operational updates for management. Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and special operational projects as needed. Qualifications and Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
