JOB DESCRIPTION Regional Business ManagerInventive Seeds Private Limited (ISP Seeds) is an Indian Seed Company with the aim to become a Global seed player. Our Goal is to serve the Indian farmers with high yielding disease resistance hybrids in vegetable crops, Field Crops, Oil and Fodder Crops to cater the need of Indian & Asian farmers and to increase the productivity combine with improved technology. Check https://ispseeds.com/Designation: - Regional Manager Location: - Uttar Pradesh The key responsibilities areas are: Create marketing hierarchy and lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targetsRepresent the company at public inquiries, public meetings, external organisations, and co- ordinate with agriculture officers.Key responsible for P&L, revenue budget forecasting, sales plan, sales forecasts and KPI reportingTo ensure full compliance with established legal procedures and legislationIdentify and carry out of investigations and preparing appropriate solutions for professional problems, within the relevant discipline, including consultation, liaison and partnership workingManage and create distribution channels and trade by ensuring optimal market penetration, while monitoring the activities of competing companies. Regularly develop and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.Develop and implement effective sales strategiesEstablish productive and professional relationships with key personnelNegotiate and close agreements with large customersMonitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvementsPerform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunitiesProvide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needsLiaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistencyStay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on boardQualification and Experience: B.Sc./M.Sc./Post Graduation in Sales, Business Administration Agriculture or relevant fieldExperience in managing a high-performance salesWork experience in sales and marketing in Seeds or Agriculture would be preferable. Required Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteAn ability to understand and analyze sales performance metricsSolid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skillsStrong communication and team management skillsAnalytical skills with a problem-solving attitudeHaving good leadership skills to drive the team.
