Inventory Manager

Job Description

· Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory management systems cum Manual logs. • Organize and store inventory in a manner that ensures easy access, retrieval, identification and safe as per the FMS (Food management system) • Receive and inspect incoming supplies and materials for quality and quantity, including accuracy, damages, and packaging. • Verifying the material as per Invoice in correlation with Purchase orders. • Issue supplies and materials to authorized personnel upon formal request and update the same in relevant registers and documents. • Acquire adequate knowledge of Inventory records maintenance like, GRN, Material request forms, material issue note, Invoices, Delivery notes and challans, E-way bills, transport documents, weighment slips and others. • Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures for inventory handling. • Participate in physical inventory counts, weighments, identifications, and reconciliation activities. • Maintain a lean, organized, and safe storage area adhering to the norms of Food management system. • Ensure proper labelling as per the Food management system of the company.
