You will collaborate closely with several front office partners who are aiming to significantly enhance their capabilities, both in the short and long term, to better serve our clients. Work closely with Developers to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives, needs and requirements. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements, provide feedback and validate proposed solutions. Create engaging project artefacts, models and business processes Assist in the testing and validation of new requirements and processes to ensure they meet business needs and compliance standards. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
