Key Requirements:Experience: 12-18 years of progressive leadership experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role (CFO or equivalent). Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or similar qualifications. Skills: Expertise in IPO processes, fundraising, and investor relations. In-depth knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and strategic financial management. Strong understanding of risk management, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
