By acting as a bridge between clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams, the team plays a critical role in enhancing product adoption, thought leadership, and client success. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Expertise Advocacy: Stay updated on GST, e-invoicing, and tax regulations; act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and provide insights to internal teams. Client Engagement Product Adoption: Conduct training, workshops, and ongoing engagement to drive product adoption and maximize feature utilization. Strategic Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, competitor insights, and regulatory changes to inform the product roadmap and market positioning.
