Key Responsibilities Manage firewall and network servers Handle and maintain all IT related equipment Provide basic support for software, hardware, peripherals, and network access Track, prioritize and document requests using an IT support request system. Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all end-user devices and equipment to ensure optimal performance. IT related Assets Management. Installation, Configuration and support in all IT tools. Resolve issues related to Windows, network connectivity, as well as problems associated with software and hardware errors. Manage internet connectivity issues & network performance monitoring & optimization Required Qualifications Educational Qualifications: Degree in computer science Employment Experience: 3 to 5 years Skills And Competencies Technical Skills: Hardware and Networking System Engineering IT related services Windows and Mac Microsoft Entra, intune Administration Soft Skills: Good Verbal and Written Communication Multitasking Teamwork and coordination Skills: hardware and networking,windows,it related services,microsoft entra,system engineering,intune administration,software,mac,admin,it Show more Show less
