The ideal candidate will be responsible for network administration, system security, troubleshooting, and IT support, ensuring smooth and secure IT operations. Key Responsibilities: System Administration: Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems to ensure efficiency and security. Network Management: Configure and monitor LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud services. Security & Compliance: Implement cybersecurity measures to protect systems from threats, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. User Support: Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. Hardware & Software Management: Install, update, and manage software, hardware, and IT equipment. Backup & Recovery: Implement disaster recovery and data backup solutions to prevent data loss. IT Policy & Documentation: Maintain IT policies, document procedures, and provide training for staff. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 7 years in IT administration, network management, or related roles. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, routers, and cybersecurity protocols Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and database management Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA Network+ / Security+ Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Cisco CCNA Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork abilities.
