About the Role: Unifaith Biotech is looking to hire a dedicated and security-aware IT Administrator to set up and manage our internal IT infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi NCR . The role is crucial to the smooth functioning of our growing pharmaceutical business and involves server management, network setup, data protection, and cybersecurity . Key Responsibilities: Set up and maintain office network , LAN/Wi-Fi routers, and hardware (desktops, printers, scanners, etc.) Manage and monitor servers, data storage (NAS/SAN), and backup systems Handle system security : antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, access controls Ensure daily tech troubleshooting for employees: email, login, software issues, etc. Implement and update cybersecurity protocols to protect business data Maintain IT asset inventory and support software licensing Coordinate with external vendors if needed for tech purchases or upgrades Required Qualifications: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT administration or system support Strong understanding of network setup , firewall configuration , and cybersecurity Familiarity with backup systems, access rights management, and email server management Bachelor's in Computer Science / IT / related field (MCA preferred) Certifications like CCNA , CompTIA Security+ , or CEH are a strong plus Key Attributes: Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate immediately Comfortable with on-site presence, Monday to Saturday Reliable, solution-oriented, and highly responsible towards company data Willing to take ownership of IT setup from the ground up Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (Negotiable based on experience and skills) 🎁 Performance-based bonuses and future growth opportunities included.
