Role & responsibilities Incident Management & Support: Serve as the first point of contact for business application-related incidents and user support requests. Ensure all incidents are logged, tracked, and resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) . Business Engagement & Process Improvement: Work with business functions to identify pain points and opportunities for process improvements . Support requirement gathering for system enhancements and new IT solutions. Documentation & Change Management: Document business requirements, change requests, test cases, and training SOPs across various IT applications and digitization initiatives. Training & End-User Support: Conduct training sessions for new employees and deliver refresher training as per business needs. Prepare training materials, FAQs, and guides to enhance end-user adoption of IT applications. IT Project Support & Digitization Initiatives: Collaborate with the internal IT team to support system rollouts, enhancements, and adoption of new technology . Assist in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support of new IT solutions. Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and system improvements. Ensure seamless communication between business users and IT teams . Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a dynamic and motivated MBA graduate with an engineering background to join our IT team . The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a basic understanding of manufacturing, sales, and distribution operations , and a keen interest in business applications and digital transformation . This role will involve working closely with business functions to support application management, process improvements, and IT-driven initiatives. Academic MBA (Technology/Operations/IT specialization preferred) with an Engineering Degree (B. E / B. Tech). Experience 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in IT, business analysis, or application support. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and business analysis abilities. Business Knowledge: Basic understanding of manufacturing, sales, and distribution operations . Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of ERP/accounting systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP) is preferred (not mandatory)
