Project & Delivery Management Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Manage project scope, risks, and timelines effectively. Stakeholder & Client Management – Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery. Team Leadership & Resource Management – Lead cross-functional teams, allocate resources efficiently, and drive collaboration between development, testing, and operations teams. Provide mentorship and performance management for team members. Agile & SDLC Process Management – Implement and optimize Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and ITIL frameworks to improve software development and service delivery efficiency. Risk & Issue Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Proactively resolve roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution and business continuity. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement – Analyze and refine delivery processes, implement automation where applicable, and drive continuous improvements in IT service delivery to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
