Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced IT Domestic Recruiter with expertise in contract staffing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting IT professionals on a contractual basis, focusing on sourcing, screening, and placing talent for short-term projects, and ensuring that we meet the demands of our clients within the technology sector. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to deliver high-quality contract candidates. Key Responsibilities: Contract Staffing & Sourcing: Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for contract roles across various technical domains (e.g., software development, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, etc.). Leverage job boards, social media, networking platforms, and referrals to identify top talent. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential contract candidates, ensuring quick placement for open positions. Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs, project requirements, and technical skills expectations. Ensure a smooth communication channel between clients, candidates, and internal teams to maintain high levels of satisfaction and ensure timely placements. Manage and negotiate contract terms and expectations with candidates and clients. Candidate Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screenings, technical interviews, and reference checks to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interviews between candidates and client teams, ensuring all required interview steps are completed effectively. Ensure candidates are aware of contract terms, project scope, timelines, and expectations. Offer Management and Negotiation: Present job offers to selected candidates, clearly explaining contract terms, rates, duration, and other relevant information. Negotiate rates, benefits, and contractual agreements with both candidates and clients, ensuring a balance between client needs and candidate expectations. Onboarding and Compliance: Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for contract employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, such as contracts, NDA agreements, and any compliance-related paperwork. Ensure candidates meet company and client compliance requirements before placement (background checks, certifications, etc.). Client Reporting & Updates: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates on the status of recruitment, candidate availability, and potential challenges. Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and placement success rate. Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding recruitment issues, escalations, and candidate performance feedback. Contract Extension & Retention: Ensure that contract employees are engaged and productive, with a focus on the potential for contract extension or conversion to permanent roles, if applicable. Work proactively to retain contractors for future opportunities or new client needs. Market Research: Stay updated with trends in IT contract staffing, compensation rates, and emerging technologies. Advise clients and hiring managers on market conditions and competitive compensation for contract IT talent. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities, including candidate information, contracts, and interview feedback. Ensure all compliance and reporting requirements are met according to internal policies. Qualifications: Proven experience in IT recruitment , particularly in contract staffing . Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and roles (e.g., software engineering, networking, database administration, cloud technologies, etc.). Ability to handle high volumes of recruitment and manage multiple positions simultaneously. Strong negotiation and communication skills with a client-focused approach. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.). Knowledge of domestic labor laws and regulations regarding contract staffing. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). Desirable Skills: Previous experience in contract staffing for IT roles, particularly in high-demand areas like software development or cloud computing. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to engage with clients and candidates effectively.
