Job Description

Role & responsibilities Install, Configure , and maintain IT hardware (desktops , laptops , printers, etc) and networking equipment (routers , switches , firewalls, etc) Troubleshoot and resolve hardware , software , and networking issues promptly and effectively. Monitor network performance , ensure uptime, and implement necessary upgrades or repairs. Provide technical support to end - users , resolving hardware ad network - related issues. Maintain network security protocols including antivirus , firewalls and backup systems. Collaborate with external vendors for hardware procurement and service management conduct regular systems audits to ensure compliance and organizational IT policies and standard Assist in the planning , implementation and upgrading of IT infrastructure and network systems. Document and maintain accurate records of IT assets configurations, and network changes. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science , Information Technology or related field. Proven experience in hardware and networking support (min 2 years ) Knowledge of networking protocol , hardware installation troubleshooting Strong problem - solving skills and attention to details.
