Job Description

Network Administration & Support Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.). Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Support VPN and Wi-Fi configurations. Assist in resolving network outages and performance issues. Infrastructure Management Support system and server administration (Windows/Linux) including updates, backups, and basic troubleshooting. Assist in maintaining cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Help manage and monitor system health, performance, and security. Document configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures. Assist in installing and troubleshooting DLP, Antivirus and Patch management agent Maintain IT asset and Inventory management system Employee Onboarding and Offboarding as per the IT and HR guidelines Hands-On Experience in VC setup Security & Compliance Support the implementation of network security policies and procedures. Assist in monitoring and responding to security threats. Follow best practices for data protection. Technical Support Provide basic support for network and infrastructure-related issues. Assist end-users with connectivity problems and system access. Work with senior engineers to resolve escalated issues. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.). Familiarity with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls). Understanding of Windows/Linux server administration. Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
