Job Description

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including server monitoring, antivirus management, and surveillance systems at the corporate office and project sites. The role will ensure smooth operation of all IT-related systems and provide support for camera and security services. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage servers at the head office and project sites to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Oversee antivirus deployment and updates across all devices and systems to ensure cybersecurity. Manage and maintain surveillance systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and regular monitoring of CCTV cameras. Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues at the office and sites. Conduct routine checks and maintenance of IT systems to prevent disruptions. Liaise with third-party vendors for the procurement of IT equipment and services. Maintain detailed records of IT assets and ensure proper documentation of all IT activities. Provide remote and on-site support to ensure seamless operation of IT infrastructure. Monitor network security to identify potential threats and implement preventive measures. Qualifications: Diploma in Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and administration, preferably in an industrial or corporate setting. Strong knowledge of server management, network configuration, and security protocols. Experience in managing surveillance systems and CCTV cameras. Proficiency in antivirus software deployment and IT security solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
