JOB SUMMARY : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive (Fresher) to join our growing IT team. This role will provide hands-on experience in supporting day-to-day IT operations across our diagnostic centers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Assist in day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network-related issues. Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Support IT infrastructure operations including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls. Maintain asset inventory and documentation of IT systems. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and repairs. Provide support for internal systems including LIS (Laboratory Information System), HIS (Hospital Information System), and ERP tools. Ensure timely escalation and resolution of IT incidents and service requests. Participate in data backup and recovery procedures. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements. Stay updated with emerging IT trends relevant to healthcare diagnostics.
